January 2009 – Present Consultant - Training and Organizational Development
• Develops and delivers training courses and seminars on professional development, leadership development, customer service and sales, and communication enhancement. These programs are delivered to organizations belonging to various industries like the BPO, consumer products, academic fields, construction/engineering and others. Uses the ADDIE model in addressing clients’ training needs. Continuously works with given clients on training that address their organizational needs.
April 2008 – October 2010 Lead – Professional and Leadership Development Training HR - Organizational Development and Corporate Training Aegis PeopleSupport, Inc.
• Manages and implements the growth and deployment of professional and leadership development courses for the HR-OD Professional and Leadership Development Training Unit through the department leaders across over 5,000 employees belonging to the Manila and Baguio centers. Applies project management and HR-OD skills for these training requirements and other company projects based on organizational goals. These include enhanced soft skills training and leadership development courses. Such courses include but are not limited to: Customer Focus (external and inter-departmental), Training Fundamentals for New Trainers, Time Management, Personal Effectiveness, Coaching for Improved Performance, Employee Motivation Strategies, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Business Writing, etc. • Completed projects for the Associate Vice President (AVP) of the Corporate Development Training department. Such projects include development of courses for online and instructor-led learning, and creation of instructional videos for the company’s Management Development Program. Received an “Outstanding” rating from the AVP for the projects delivered. • Deploys Organizational Development interventions for a number of departments, including: Operations, Internal Communications, Information Technology, Business Continuity. Intervention projects include: team effectiveness, business impact analysis, post-event analysis and project execution. • Has trained and mentored over 100 trainers and peer trainers to date. Continuously plays a major role in the training and mentoring of new trainers, and ensures maintenance in the training department’s standard. This includes active participation in the delivery and development of the organization’s Trainer Certification Program. • Implements and facilitates Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and other data gathering processes for company-wide needs analysis and other company requirements. • Served as the liaison for the Volunteer Internship Program (VIP) between employee applicants and the hosting departments in need of volunteers. Assisted the hosting departments in developing VIP curricula for VIP process streamlining. • Has consistently received Above Average (AA) ratings for course evaluations, instructor observations and annual performance appraisals since 2003.

• Organized and executed company events for employee morale. Employed project management, as well as departmental and vendor collaboration for such events. • Ensured that the team is within its targeted tasks and deadlines for smooth and efficient implementation of company wide ventures via project management systems.
2003 – March 2008 New Hire Orientation Trainer PeopleSupport University PeopleSupport, Inc. • Participated in ensuring knowledge transfer of company policies and procedures to new hired employees. Delivered comprehensive soft skills training to all new hires of the company, dealing with customer service mind-setting, call management, customer issues handling, effective communication, communication channel etiquette, etc. Constantly contributed to the NHO program’s improvement through sharing of best practices, research and trainer certification. Ensured the completeness and accuracy of administrative tasks of classes taught within the NHO Team. • Coordinated with the different departments of the company where they orient the trainees on their functions. • Cross-skilled to handle Professional Development training courses, Trainer Certification courses, IT Basics, Travel Basics Basic Sales, Sales-To-Cash Orientation (collections), and Transcription and Captioning Orientation. • Appointed as the person-in-charge of External Affairs and Communication for the NHO Team with regard to issues, updates, meetings, and the like to other teams and departments of the company. • Tasked as the NHO Process Documentation Officer, in charge of reviewing and updating the program’s processes and procedures for both internal and external related tasks. • Officially certified as a PeopleSupport University Trainer under the department’s Trainer Certification Program (TCP). This program enhances training and development skills for new and senior trainers. Periodically assigned to teach TCP courses to fellow trainers. • Designated to re-build the training objectives and materials of PeopleSupport’s Customer Care Philosophies course, ensuring alignment with the company’s business needs. • Partnered with other key trainers to develop the University Linkages Program material. • Assigned as the Officer in Charge while the NHO Lead Trainer is not available. • Appointed to handle implementation for the new PeopleSupport-Baguio center. This involves the setting up of the NHO program and NHO Team in that center. • Assigned as the Forecaster for all NHO classes week after week. Closely coordinates with the Workforce Management and HR-Recruitment departments regarding ramp up numbers. Appropriately allocates students per trainer within the training team for optimum utilization.
