Do customers owe you money?

Thankfully, in my industry (training/seminars), it is quite easy to collect. Lol. I simply request for a 50% downpayment as soon as we sign the contract, and request for the other 50% before the event starts on the event day. For individual clients, we will not consider your slot secure unless full payment has been deposited into our account. To incentivize people to pay in full, we give them really good discounts. What kind of business are you in, Michelle? Do you suffer from this problem? Marlon--you too?? Lol. For which business?!
