Setting up a food cart business

A question from a friend: My friends and I are setting up a food cart and we have a couple of questions related to it. Some info: a) we’re forming a corporation, b) we’ll employ NOT more than 10 workers, and c) our food cart will be in located in Pasig. Our questions: 1) Are we exempted from the Minimum Wage? I saw the following entry in http://www.nwpc.dole.gov.ph/faq.html#q12 Sections 3 and 4 of the Rules on Exemption list down the specific criteria and requirements to qualify for exemption, namely: - Retail/Service Establishments Regularly Employing Not More Than Ten Employees · engaged in the ratil sale of goods/services to end users, and · employing not more than ten workers 2) If we’re exempted, is this automatic exemption or do we still have to apply/request for exemption? (e.g. to National Wages and Productivity Commission) 3) Are we required to provide Pag-Ibig, SSS, and Philhealth? 4) Are you aware of the taxes that food carts need to pay? Thanks a lot!:)"
